The Lemur Query Log Toolbar is a FireFox Add-On and alternatively, a plugin for IE, that captures user browsing behavior specifically when loading web pages and generating search engine requests. A set of configuration options enable researchers and users to specify toolbar behavior. Privacy filters can be added that enable users to specify information that will not be collected and/or shared. User data is encrypted both on the local hard drive and during upload to the server to better protect privacy.
